Mold Avoidance

I have called the approach I have followed for healing from mycotoxin poisoning "Effective Management of Biotoxin Exposure" (EMBE)

I have evolved this approach based on my own experience and that of others I have interacted with and helped, using as a starting point the "Mold Avoidance" protocol that was pioneered by Erik Johnson and made available to the general public for free by the writings of Lisa Petrison.

Lisa Petrison is also the author of a website called "Paradigm Change", which contains numerous resources concerning healing from toxic mold poisoning, ME/CFS and other chronic illnesses. 

Mind-Body Integration

Apart from addressing the physical root causes of illness I have also done extensive work to resolve trauma states in the body that impede healing and to create a state of mind-body integration that promotes optimal health and healing as well as happiness and meaning in life. 

I strongly recommend anyone who has suffered from emotional abuse, neglect or trauma resulting from their illness or from other life events to focus on addressing and healing this as part of their healing journey.
